Does Protein Affect Blood Sugar Levels

When blood sugars higher than normal circulating throughout the body, diabetes means a serious disease for which there is no cure. If inadequately treated diabetes eventually leads to severe life-threatening complications to your health.

More or less the same fiber, eating quality protein with your snacks and meals can have a
positive effect on blood sugar levels. With proteins and carbohydrates that combines
